Our Lending Program helps prepare applicants with a better understanding of the use of their capital and sources of funding necessary to start or expand their businesses. This may include business loans or lines of credit.
Business Loans
Our lending model can provide up to $50,000 in capital to micro-businesses that can be used for working expenses, inventory, materials, equipment, furniture, and machinery. Interest rates depend on the risk of the loan, type and value of collateral, and credit history with La Fuente Business Center. Loan terms range from six months to five years.
Technical Assistance
We provide one-on-one assistance to develop financial projections, business valuation, business sales, and credit building.
